1. What SportsWatch is

SportsWatch is a private, invite-only platform for sharing videos of youth sports games with a team's players, coaches, and their approved family & friends, who may leave timestamped comments. Access is team-scoped and granted only by invitation.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created only via invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Your use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse the service, share access credentials or links beyond their intended recipients, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

4. Content

By participating you acknowledge the private, limited-access nature of any footage and agree not to redistribute, download (unless authorized), screen-record, or re-share footage outside the platform's intended audience.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary, processed by Stripe, and (unless stated otherwise) non-refundable. We do not store full card details; payment data is handled by Stripe.

6. Termination

We may suspend or remove access (per-team or account-wide) for violations of these terms or to protect participants, especially minors.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, SportsWatchApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
