Common questions
Head to our Contact page and send us your team name and sport. We set you up as the team admin, then you upload games and invite your players, coaches, and families. (Secure online checkout is launching soon; for now we get you started from there.)
Open the join link or enter the team join code you were given, create your account, and add your player. If you were invited as family or a friend, your access is confirmed once the person who invited you approves it.
On the log in page, click “Forgot your password?” and we'll email you a reset link. If your player logs in with a username instead of an email, the parent who manages that player can reset it from the player's profile.
Only your team and the family and friends you invite. SportsWatch is private and invite-only by design — games are never public, and there are no ads.
Yes. Games stream in 4K on your TV, laptop, tablet, and phone. Coaches and players can also download the original 4K files for highlight reels.
Players can log in with a username instead of an email address — no email needed. A parent creates and manages the login from the player's profile.
